Hi everyone
I have had the most lovely day in the garden with the BBQ and family. truthfully yes, I have over done it. But right now- I couldnt give a monkeys!
It might be a long time before I feel this well again and I am going to enjoy the odd afternoon with the family.
I am going to bed now though- walking and no muscle strength is a continued problem but compared to feeling so ill you would beg to die is just- well, its amazing.

Oh Jenni to think that things got that bad really upsets me.
I can't find the words to say how pleased I am that things are getting better and you enjoyed your day so much.
